2015-2017
Within an expansion plan to add Neiman Marcus to a star-studded tenant line-up, CallisonRTKL was commissioned to design a transformation of Roosevelt Field, the second-highest performing property in Simon Property Group’s portfolio.
2018-2019
CallisonRTKL was hired to bring to life a new flagship Apple concept store and mall expansion, to one of Simon Property Group's most successful malls in Miami.
2012-2018
Tamdeen approached CallisonRTKL, asking for a world class design that would elevate not only the center itself, but the entire community. Al Kout was born from three massive projects to create an entire district that has transformed the entire city.
